Invoicing Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, and/or be put on credit hold.

All invoices are to be paid in full unless otherwise specified in writing by both parties.

 

Delivery & Shipping:

Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change based on production schedules and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve any disputes promptly and amicably.

 

Accepted Payment Methods:

Check/Cash

Bank Transfer/Wire

Credit card (adds a 3.5% processing fee)

 

By accepting this invoice, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions outlined above.
